At the heart of the e7 Banat Women Leadership Incubator Accelerator Program is a bold mission driven by a powerful vision: to empower young women across the UAE to take initiative, be inspired, trained and connected, enabling them to commit to impactful team projects and lead with sisterhood and drive positive change through socially impactful ventures.
Our mentors are more than advisors — they are activators of potential, catalysts of growth, and architects of a better future. As a mentor, you play a critical role in nurturing a generation of Emirati daughters and residents who are ready to shape the UAE’s future. Our mentors nurture, uplift, and walk alongside our participants as they unlock their potential, grow into confident leaders, and build sustainable community projects that matter.

Mentorship plays a pivotal role in this journey. It is through the wisdom, guidance, and encouragement of dedicated mentors that our participants are able to develop leadership capacity, refine their projects, and grow as agents of change. By sharing their expertise and experience, mentors help transform vision into measurable impact — shaping a stronger, more inclusive future for communities across the UAE.

Your role matters — As an e7 Mentor, you are not just supporting a participant — you are helping build a generation of confident, capable, and purpose-driven young women who will lead their communities forward. Through regular check-ins, thoughtful dialogue, and timely feedback, you become the trusted guide they rely on to navigate challenges, stay accountable, and grow into the leaders they are meant to be.
Communication and feedback go far beyond program requirements: they are the heartbeat and root of successful mentorship. These core practices establish trust, fuel growth, and spark lasting transformation. Your consistent engagement empowers each participant and ensures every community project progresses with clarity, collaboration, and alignment with our shared mission.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Our mentors serve as trusted advisors, enabling each young woman transform her potential into purpose, and her ideas into action — shaping the next generation of confident women leaders in the UAE.
As an e7 Mentor, you contribute to a national priority — enabling the next wave of ambitious women leaders to thrive.
Your role is to guide, support, and uplift participants as they design and implement team projects. e7 mentor responsibilities include:
Share your Expertise
Help participants deepen their knowledge in areas relevant to their community projects. This may include connecting them with individuals, experts, or networks that can directly support their goals and enhance project outcomes.
Consistent Communication
Maintain regular, open communication to help participants stay on track, reflect on their progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
Goal Setting and Milestone Tracking
Work with participants to define clear, realistic objectives from the start including at least one tangible community-focused goal. Conduct regular check-ins (every three months) to review progress and ensure goals remain measurable and achievable.
Progress Reporting
Provide timely updates to the e7 mentoring team regarding the participant’s progress, achievements, and any support needs that arise throughout the mentorship cycle.
Building Professional and Hybrid Skills
Support the participant in developing key skills such as public speaking, time management, organization, leadership, accountability, and team coordination essential for personal growth and effective project delivery.
Challenging Growth
Encourage participants to step outside of their comfort zones, think critically, and push their own boundaries to achieve meaningful, sustainable results.
Encouraging Sisterhood
Foster a spirit of collaboration, mutual support, and shared purpose among participants. Empower young women to support one another, embrace diverse perspectives, and build strong bonds that reinforce a lasting sense of belonging and community.
Expanding Networks
Assist participants in building a network of professional relationships that align with their project needs or future aspirations. Where applicable, introduce opportunities for collaboration, learning, and implementation support.
